It takes the shape of a magazine that explores underground cultures through experimental comics and unconventional editorial approaches thanks to the heterogeneous background of the authors involved, often called upon to interact with the comic media for the first time to interpret or rewrite its grammar.
The selection of authors to be involved in the project occurs through an intersection of studies and meticulous research within the realms of various subcultures. The aim is to collaborate with like-minded personalities, fostering artistic and intellectual connections. In this manner, Frankenstein has engaged almost 500 authors from around the world.
